| The four main techniques are Diversified which is what most people associate with chiropractic treatment and involved manipulation by hand. Popping or cracking may be heard or felt by the patient. Other gentle or non-force techniques are also used including the Activator Method which involves a hand held device, SOT which involves laying blocks or wedges and Thompson techniques which uses a table and gravity to gently achieve your adjustment. |
